The “28 Day Egg Diet” Plan

The “28 Day Egg “diet plan is one of the famous diet plans to lose 5KG in a week and 15 to 37 pounds in 28 days.

On a 28 days egg diet, you consume 3 meals daily, eggs remaining the main thing to eat throughout the diet, and consume only calorie deficit food.

The “28 Day Egg “diet plan is built on the removal and calories. As water is your source of energy and removes toxins from your body, you need to drink plenty of water.

The last focal thing you have to do is to perform moderate exercise just to keep yourself active and energetic during the day.

DAY 1

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: One fruit
  • Dinner: Cut or fat free grilled chicken
  • Exercise: Go up and down my staircase twice

DAY 2

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Grilled or broiled chicken without skin
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + 1 slice of toast or pita
  • Exercise: Walk for 10 minutes

DAY 3

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: 1 tbs. fat-free cheese + 1 toast + 1 tomato
  • Dinner: Grilled meat + green salad
  • Exercise: 5 minutes slow jogging

DAY 4

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: One fruit
  • Dinner: Grilled meat + green salad
  • Exercise: Walk fast around the house for 3 minutes

DAY 5

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + grilled veggies
  • Dinner: Grilled shrimps or Tuna soup
  • Exercise: 5 minutes running

DAY 6

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: One fruit
  • Dinner: Grilled lamb + green salad
  • Exercise: Go up and down my staircase twice

DAY 7

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Boiled chicken + boiled veggies
  • Dinner: Air fried green veggies
  • Exercise: 5 minutes walk around the home

DAY 8

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + 1 citrus fruit
  • Dinner: Same as Lunch
  • Exercise: 10 push-ups before lunch

DAY 9

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Grilled meat + green salad
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + 1 citrus fruit
  • Exercise: Walk for 3 minutes

DAY 10

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Broiled meat + cucumber with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + 1 grapefruit
  • Exercise: Jogging for 5 minutes

DAY 11

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + steamed veggies
  • Exercise: Walk fast 10 minutes around the home

DAY 12

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Grilled or air-fried seafood
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs
  • Exercise: 10 minutes jogging

DAY 13

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Grilled or air-fried meat + 1 tomato + 1 orange
  • Dinner: Fruit salad
  • Exercise: 5 minutes’ walk on the staircase

DAY 14

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Air-fried chicken + 1 tomato + 1 orange
  • Dinner: Same as Lunch
  • Exercise: Dance to one of my favorite song

DAY 15

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Any low calorie fruit
  • Dinner: Same as lunch
  • Exercise: 5 minutes walk around the home

DAY 16

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Green salad + steamed veggies
  • Dinner: Same as lunch
  • Exercise: 5 minutes walk

DAY 17

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Green salad + steamed veggies
  • Dinner: Same as lunch
  • Exercise: 5 minutes walk

DAY 18

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Grilled fish + lettuce
  • Dinner: Same as Lunch
  • Exercise: Dance

DAY 19

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Green salad + steamed veggies + 1 fruit
  • Dinner: Same as Lunch
  • Exercise: 5 minutes walk

DAY 20

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: One Low Calorie fruit
  • Dinner: Same as Lunch
  • Exercise: 5 minutes walk

DAY 21

  • Breakfast: Half citrus fruit + 1 or 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Boiled chicken soup + green salad
  • Dinner: Same as Lunch
  • Exercise: 5 minutes walk

For the last 7 days, eat your favorite food at your favorite tome of the day

DAY 22

  • 1 orange/ grapefruit
  • 4 pc boiled meat/chicken
  • Canned tuna in water
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 cucumbers
  • Toast

DAY 23

  • 1 Orange/grapefruit
  • 200g grilled meat
  • 1 fruit
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 cucumbers
  • Toast

DAY 24

  • 1 Orange/grapefruit
  • 1 tbs. Fat-free cheese
  • 1 fruit
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • Toast

DAY 25

  • 1 Orange/grapefruit
  • Broiled/grilled chicken
  • 1 fruit

DAY 26

  • 1 Orange/grapefruit

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 4 ½ toast

DAY 28

  • 1 Orange/grapefruit
